Environmental Policy

Unfortunately, balloons are not allowed to be brought to the event.
Water stations
Water will be provided on course, at the finish line and in the assembly area.
There will be two separate sections in the bag drop area.
- The first area will be designated for participants who only require minimal items to be stored in a clear plastic bag such as a jumper and keys.
- The second area is designated for participants who have their own bag such as a backpack or handbag. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND BACKPACKS AND LARGE BAGS SHOULD BE LEFT AT HOME OR IN THE CAR. Backpacks and large bags will be subject to bag searches and we anticipate large queues in the bag drop area.
Participant clothing will be placed in separate storage bays during the event. Participants should attach their tear off strip from the bottom of their race number to their plastic bag, by looping one end of the tag through the hole. These plastic bags will be available at the Bag Drop area to store your clothing. When you arrive, please place items in a plastic bag, label the bag then proceed to one of the designated bays as directed by the volunteers to speed up the process.
When you drop off your plastic bag, a volunteer will write the bay number on your race number so you know where to collect your belongings from post run/walk. You will need to keep your race number post event as proof to collect your clothing bag.
Mother’s Day Classic will take care, but not responsibility, for valuables that are lost or damaged.
Bikes cannot be placed in the bag drop area – there will be a separate bike parking area. Please bring a lock.

There will be a range of food vendors located in the Domain to purchase snacks and coffee throughout the morning.
