The event starts and ends at Coconut Grove (located just to the north of the Fun Ship Playground) on the Cairns Esplanade. The course uses the current Cairns parkrun track which runs south along the Esplanade, looping back north to the finish line at Coconut Grove.

Parking is available near the Fun Ship Playground and on surrounding streets.

Check-in is at the northern end of the Esplanade at Coconut Grove (near corner of Esplanade & Smith Street) - look out for the Mother's Day Classic signage.

7:45am - Warm up.
8:00am - 10km run commences.
8:05am - 5km run commences.
8:07am - 5km walk commences.
8:10am - 3km walk commences.
9:30am - Raffle prizes drawn.
10:00am - Event concludes.
