8km run & 4km walk starting from Coulson Gardens direction of Afton street bridge, down The Boulevard, across Maribyrnong road bridge and past The Anglers Tavern.

Parking: Parking at Anglers Tavern Carpark, On The Boulevard Aberfeldie Park, The Pirate Ship Playground Park, Afton Street Bridge Parking, Essendon Rowing Club Parking, Maribyrnong Park Football Club Parking.
Public Transport:
Tram 82 Stop at Maribyrnong Road/Maribyrnong Park stop or Clyde Street/Raleigh Road.
