This year the Mother’s Day Classic (MDC) organisation is collaborating with Brave Hearts on the Murray Inc to bring the MDC Walk back to Albury / Wodonga and raise vital funds for cancer research.
Brave Hearts on the Murray Inc’s mission is to work collaboratively with individuals and other community organisations to provide appropriate services that emotionally, physically and financially support those members in our community with a cancer diagnosis, and their families, to enhance their wellbeing throughout their cancer journey.
At the event, participants will have the opportunity to donate to both MDC with funds going nationally to Breast Cancer or Ovarian Cancer Research; or donate to Brave Hearts on the Murray Inc with funds going locally to the Border Medical Oncology Research Centre.

Course Information
A circumference of Belvoir park (around the lake) distance of 2.2kms, complete 1 lap or more laps for the distance you wish to walk on the day. There will be volunteers around the course to guide you.
Getting There & Parking
There is street parking in the area, both near the front and rear of the Park.
On the day there will be no access from the Church Street entrance into the Gardens area.
Check In
A check in and registration desk will be located near the Brave Hearts Rose Garden.
Event Village
The event village will be located near the Brave Hearts Rose Garden and Northern end of the park – refer map below.
