On Sunday 12 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.

Mother’s Day Classic 2024 💖

This year marks my 15th Mother’s Day without mum. It doesn’t get easier as the years go by, but spending the morning this way surround by women touched by breast cancer in some way or another is always particularly special. My favourite way to honour my mum has been supporting the Mother’s Day Classic and doing the 4km walk with friends and family who can join. If you would like to join on the day or in donating, my team page is called “Cupcakes for Karen” in tradition for the bake sales I used to hold at Coastal Dance and around my neighbourhood in high school. I’ll be in the 8.05am 4km walk wave this year.

Sending big love to all the mums, mums-to be, kids without mums, people who yearn to be mums, and people who can’t be with their mums this Mother’s Day 💖💖💖

I’m joining the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers.  

Tragically, 12 Australians lose their lives to these awful diseases every day. 

I’m asking you to do more than just stand with me but to support me as I walk, run, and move till we’re done.
