Supporting my mum and raising money for breast cancer research
Hi,
I hope that by running in the Mother’s Day Classic this year l can contribute towards vital breast cancer research. Far too many people’s lives are touched by this ferocious disease and l am forever grateful to the people researching, treating and supporting those who have been touched by breast cancer. I feel privileged to be able to run for mum and all those who can’t, due to this disease!
Mum has been so brave throughout her whole experience with breast cancer, which has inspired me to raise money for much needed research.
I am very grateful there are events such as MDC that help fundraise and raise awareness for breast cancer research, l can't wait to be involved.
Any donation big or small to help me reach my goal of $1000 would mean the absolute world to me.
