One of my oldest friends has recently had her world turned upside down and her future put on pause as she puts all her strength and energy into fighting breast cancer at 34yrs old. As unfair as it is, anyone who knows Erin has no doubt she is an absolute warrior and will kick this thing in the arse, with a giant circle of love right beside her. I can't wait to watch you marry your love, make more beautiful babies and stand next to me as we watch our girls play primary school soccer on rainy Saturday mornings in the years to come. You're our Superwoman x

This disease has already affected too many people in my circle. Donate if you can to support the science to make it a thing of the past, but if anything good comes from this shitshow, it's a reminder to check your boobs, know your boobs, so that if anything changes you can get them checked out ASAP.
