Last year was an incredibly challenging time for me as I nearly lost my mum to endometrial and ovarian cancer. My donation is a reflection of my support for you but also a tribute to the resilience and strength of my own mother. I am lucky every day for the opportunity to cherish her presence in my life who’s Birthday it is on the 12 of May also! Your decision to run 12km and raise funds is truly inspiring. I hope that we can make a difference in the lives of those fighting cancer and contribute to vital research, support services and prevention programs.
