This year our event will start at the Telegraph Station

Runners and walkers will proceed south along the river walk toward Alice Springs township. The course will be marked clearly for a 4km loop, with participants returning along the river to the finish line at the Telegraph Station. 8km runners and walkers will complete this course twice.

All participants will finish on the lawns at the Telegraph Station.

Parking available from Telegraph Station & Herbert Heritage Drive.

Registration and check-in will be on the picnic lawns at the Telegraph Station from 7am.

7:00am -7:30am - Registrations open

7:30am - Event Start

7:30am - Runners start

7:40am - Walkers start

This year runners will start at 7:30am and walkers will start at 7:40am and head South.

7:45am - free breakfast & free coffee for race participants from Trail cafe available

8:30am - Prize ceremony for best dressed, highest fundraiser & lucky bib.

Simple kids face painting available for a gold coin from 8am - 9am

Colouring in for kids available! 

Josh Burgoyne’s delicious pancakes will be made for all attendees for a gold coin donation.

Free coffee donated by the trail station cafe will be available after your walk or run.
