On Sunday 11 May, I'm putting my foot down to save lives.

I’m joining the Mother’s Day Classic to help raise funds and awareness to fight breast and ovarian cancers. In 2023 I was diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at just 36 years old. After undergoing a year of intensive treatment, I was one of the lucky ones and now in remission - I was well enough to walk last year (just two days after completing treatment). This year I've challenged myself to run!

Tragically, every day in Australia 63 people diagnosed and 12 lose their lives to breast or ovarian cancer.

I’m asking you to do more than just stand with our family but to support me as I run and move till we’re done.

The Mother’s Day Classic is Australia’s most inspirational, cause-driven community event. Every year, thousands of Australians come together on Mother’s Day to start their Mother’s Day with purpose. Our aim is to unite and inspire the community, create a fun and engaging event experience, to celebrate and remember those touched by breast and ovarian cancer and to raise life-saving funds for research.
